For 9 months kid it can be used as a stroller. When you are using the trike as a stroller it has got a  3 point harness which ensures the safeness of your kid. Seat is adjustable, which makes the product long-lasting. Removable Sun Canopy protects your kid's skin from sunlight. Tricycle also have a trunk for storing things. The push bars make it easy for parents to push the trike and steer it along till your little one is big enough to pedal on his/her own. You can also adjust the height of push bars according to your height level. The tricycle’s wheels are constructed of rubber material for a quieter ride as opposed to plastic tires.

Con's 

I found a couple of drawbacks for the trike, the first one is, it doesn't have a footrest and the other drawback is, Pedal won't brake or go backward. 

My final verdict on the product, it is one of the coolest trike available. Foot rest problem is solved in the current models, they have replaced the old ones with new ones. With adjustable seats, sun canopy and push bars, Radio Flyer becomes the top priority as the first tricycle for your kid.
